By ordering any of our products and/or services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions

Payment
All products and services remain the Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre’s property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. All costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have your parents’ permission to buy from the Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre. All transfers conducted through the Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre are handled and transacted through third-party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense.

Booking Policy
Please contact the Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre before cancelling any bookings.
- There are no refunds for any purchased bookings. Any bookings that are cancelled due to external circumstances (lockdowns, weather conditions, or maintenance) will be rebooked.
- If a booking date and time is missed due to a customer error, it will not be refunded or rebooked.

Disclaimer
By booking time through the Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre, you and your entire party hereby assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, losses and damages that incur while attending, exercising or on-premises at the Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre, You hereby waive all claims against the Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre, its instructors, or partners of individually or otherwise, for any and all injuries, claims or damages that might incur to you or members of your party during your booking time on premise.
The Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre and its staff hold no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
We do not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of the content posted by third parties.
Additional Information
The Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product and service offerings without prior notice. In the event that when a product or service is sold out, the Scarborough Alliance Sports Centre has the right to cancel the order/booking.
Each person in your booking party needs to sign the waiver when entering the facility.
